6 Minutes: 

Chest and Upper Body

Three Rounds Of:

1. Pushups 20 Seconds, 10 Second Rest

2. Pushups 20 Seconds, 10 Second Rest

3. Burpees 20 Seconds, 10 Second Rest

4. Plank 20 Seconds, 10 Second Rest

 

6 Minutes: 

Lower Body

Three Rounds Of:

1. Jump Squats 20 Seconds, 10 Second Rest

2. Jump Squats 20 Seconds, 10 Second Rest

3. Calf Raises 20 Seconds, 10 Second Rest

4. Walking Lunges 20 Seconds, 10 Second Rest

 

6 Minutes:

Cardio:

1. Mountain Climbers 20 Seconds, 10 Second Rest

2. Butterfly Kicks 20 Seconds, 10 Second Rest

3. Bear Crawl 20 Seconds, 10 Second Rest

4. Burpees 20 Seconds, 10 Second Rest
