Very comfortable and looks good too! Feminine fit, moisture wick material, feels great under a vest, 10/10 recommend this shirt!
I love the tan color, stretchy material, and collar. It's comfortable and the sleeves iron well (although most don't iron; just wash and dry). Some of my coworkers do not like the collar being so upright, but you can unbutton the small button underneath the collar to flatten it a little. I personally like a sharp-looking uniform. So having some versatility with the shirt is important. I do not like the little velcro piece where you button up the neck area. It catches my hair as I put the shirt on.
As far as sizing. I'm 5'0," 125 ish, and a with a muscular build. Think CrossFit body haha. A size small was perfect, although I got the sleeves tailored/shortened. The overall length is a bit longer than I'd like, but my torso is short (15 inches from collar bone to the top of the hip bone, just below my belly button). I use the Back Defender so I will need to shorten the shirt a bit on my own.
P.S. I'm not sure why Roy Q would submit a crap review for the V2 Pants on this item.
Bring back tactix series and i will buy the product. These pants have lasted me longer than any other pant except 5.11 abr pro are about to beat them.
