What is your return policy?
First Tactical has a 30-day returns and exchanges policy. You may return your merchandise to First Tactical within 30 days upon the receipt of your purchase. All returned or exchanged product must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition with all original tags attached. Refunds will be applied to original credit card used at the time of purchase.
Items purchased with promotional items (e.g., free gifts-with-purchase, buy-one-get-one-free items, etc.) can only be refunded with the promotional item included with your return. If the promotional item is not included in your return, the total amount of the promotional item will be deducted from your total return amount. Items marked “Final Sale” may not be returned.
How long will it take for my order to be processed?
Orders with valid credit card approvals will be processed as follows:
Express orders received by 10:00 AM Pacific Standard Time will ship the day it was received, unless otherwise noted. I purchased these boots in Feb of 24. They have lasted me till now with some defects. After constant abuse on 12 hours shifts they've held up. They're lightweight which is nice and are easy to wear out of the box. Granted they would probably last longer with proper maintenance and care, but they still held up to the torture and abuse from the PNW climate.

Have never fallen on water and even oil. Great for on duty use. Doesn’t keep my feet warm due to side vents. About to get a second pair after a year of hard work.
