As a Paramedic I am very picky about the pants I wear daily. The pocket setup is perfect for my setup and basic gear I carry. They are the most comfortable pants and are the only pants that I have seen completely protect me from large amounts of blood.

All returned or exchanged product must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition with all original tags attached. Refunds will be applied to original credit card used at the time of purchase.
Items purchased with promotional items (e.g., free gifts-with-purchase, buy-one-get-one-free items, etc.) can only be refunded with the promotional item included with your return. I'm a trucker and travel every week. Sometimes its just out for 1 night or could be several days. I pack 4 days of ultra light weight UA pants and shirts. This bag fits all that with no problem. I really like the flexibilty of the velcro attached mesh pouches and that the main compartment is lined to accept velcro dividers or additional pouches. I also carry a thin Milwaukee packout which is my "On the road medicine cabinet". Cool thing is that packout fits right in the pass through compartment. Its like that compartment was made for it. High quality and I will be enjoying this for a long time. I like it so much that Im going to order the crosshatch 19L sling to accompany it. Great job First Tactical!

Absolutely love this bag. Extremely durable, lots of room and pockets. Everytime I start putting something in, I find a new pocket. I paired it with the MyFAK Large Pro from MyMedic. It fits perfectly on the front pouch, but adds a bit of weight. This backpack though... Best backpack hands down. Only downside is the price. Should drop it by $100. Especially when you have to buy the waist belt separately.
This bag is huge, I often have a hard time filling this bag... There is so much room and organization within this bag. Watch the video on the page as it is quite helpfull the back panel that is Velcro compatible is great and the compression straps do a great job of taking the excess out of the bag when you can't fill the whole thing!
I got, I think, the first iteration of this bag back in 2018. I work as a Frac Engineer and needed a bag that was tough as nails with good organization.
This bag has more than impressed.
Years of being dropped in the dirt, tossed around, and being in less than stellar environments has caused almost no wear on this bag except a tiny rip that has never propagated. All this while holding 80+ pounds of gear every day. The laptop sleeve has protected my work laptop for the entire time. No issues a all.
Furthermore, it has an amazing level of organization. Being in the field every work day means I have to bring everything with me that I might need cause getting back to civilization is not possible till, at times, the end of the hitch. This bag accomplishes that with excellent efficiency.
I would buy this bag again in a heart beat. It has never let me down.
I’ve owned this backback for 5+ years and used it extensively and it has never failed me once. It’s material, sticking and design are too quality and it is super comfortable. It is worth every penny (and then some). First Tactical means quality, performance and dependability to me.
