All returned or exchanged product must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition with all original tags attached. Refunds will be applied to original credit card used at the time of purchase.
Items purchased with promotional items (e.g., free gifts-with-purchase, buy-one-get-one-free items, etc.) can only be refunded with the promotional item included with your return. If the promotional item is not included in your return, the total amount of the promotional item will be deducted from your total return amount. Items marked “Final Sale” may not be returned.

I ordered two of these shirts through Galls.com. The fit and fabric are great, HOWEVER, the shirt sleeves came down to my elbows. I looked at the tag and discovered the style number was actually for the long sleeve version (121505). The plastic bag each shirt was packaged in had the correct short sleeve style number of 122501. So, the factory decided to take long sleeve shirts, turn them into half sleeve shirts, and sell them as short sleeve shirts??? Never in my life have I seen this. I’m returning these as defective.
