To ensure product authenticity, quality control, and customer support eligibility, warranty coverage applies only to products purchased directly from First Tactical or from an authorized First Tactical dealer.
LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

SCOPE OF WARRANTY
First Tactical, LLC. (“First Tactical”) warrants that products purchased directly from First Tactical or through an authorized First Tactical dealer will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the practical lifetime of the product, subject to applicable laws and limitations within your jurisdiction.
EXCLUSIONS FROM COVERAGE
Excluded from coverage under this warranty are the following:
● Products not purchased directly from First Tactical or through an authorizedFirst Tactical dealer.
● Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper handling
● Normal wear, aging, or deterioration resulting from extended use
● Damage resulting from alterations, tampering, or unauthorized modifications
● Damage caused by exposure to corrosive or caustic materials.
● Incidental, indirect, consequential, punitive, or special damages to the extent permitted by applicable law
This warranty constitutes the sole warranty provided by First Tactical for the product and, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, replaces all other express or implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
This warranty extends only to the consumer who originally purchased or received the Product.
First Tactical's responsibility for a defective Product is limited to repair, replacement, or refund, as determined in First Tactical's sole discretion.

STATE AND INTERNATIONAL LAWS
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state in the United States and in other countries.
WHY WE RESTRICT WARRANTY COVERAGE
First Tactical products are designed for public safety professionals and operational environments where product consistency, specification compliance, and performance standards matter.
Products purchased through unauthorized sellers, liquidators, or resellers may:
● Be counterfeit, altered, damaged, defective, or previously used
● Have been improperly stored, handled, or modified
● Fall outside quality control or agency specification standards
● Be ineligible for warranty coverage, replacement parts, or product support
Because First Tactical cannot verify the authenticity, condition, or chain of custody of products purchased outside authorized sales channels, First Tactical cannot guarantee that products will meet departmental requirements, agency-issued specifications, or intended operational performance standards.
PROOF OF PURCHASE REQUIREMENT
A valid proof of purchase from First Tactical or an authorized dealer may be required to process any warranty claim.
Acceptable proof of purchase may include:
● Order confirmation
● Retail sales receipt
● Dealer invoice
First Tactical reserves the right to deny warranty claims that cannot be reasonably validated.
