First Tactical has a 30-day returns and exchanges policy. You may return your merchandise to First Tactical within 30 days upon the receipt of your purchase. All returned or exchanged product must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition with all original tags attached. Refunds will be applied to original credit card used at the time of purchase.
Items purchased with promotional items (e.g., free gifts-with-purchase, buy-one-get-one-free items, etc.) can only be refunded with the promotional item included with your return. If the promotional item is not included in your return, the total amount of the promotional item will be deducted from your total return amount. Items marked “Final Sale” may not be returned.
Orders with valid credit card approvals will be processed as follows:
Express orders received by 10:00 AM Pacific Standard Time will ship the day it was received, unless otherwise noted. Express orders received after 10:00 AM Pacific Standard Time will be processed to ship the following business day, unless otherwise noted. Ground orders will be processed to ship on the following business day, unless otherwise noted. Orders placed on Friday after 10:00 AM Pacific Standard time will not be processed until Monday or the following business day, unless otherwise noted.
